"Optimize Nutrition is a Canadian small business dedicated to help you improve your health and performance. We carry a large selection of the top Canadian health and sports nutrition supplements that are hand-picked by our founder, Dave McCammon, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

Although our company carries a well rounded blend of sports nutrition and health supplements, we also carry a decent selection of functional foods, healthy snacks, fitness accessories and fitness clothing. Basically everything you need to improve your health or fitness goals.

Most of our customers are looking to improve the health including changing there diet and lifestyle, or looking to improve there fitness level, strength, and/or body composition (improved lean muscle, diet and weight-loss). However many of our customers also are looking for advice for a health condition such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular health, Digestive Issues, Inflammation, Joint and Mobility Issues, Skin, Liver challenges, mental health, cognitive function, eye health, and many others.
