All County Extreme Heating & Air

Here is our owners and their stories; Clint Balkcom, owner of All County Construction, LLC, a grading and concrete company, and Anthony Oliver, the son of late Todd Oliver and service technician in the heating and air conditioning industry. Clint has been working in the construction industry for over twenty-seven years. Clint moved to NC in 2004 and started his construction company, this is where he met Todd Oliver who owned Extreme Concrete Pumping. Todd died in 2007, due to a fatal car accident. It has always been Clint’s ambition to grow his best friend’s legacy. Clint now has the chance to do that with Todd Oliver’s son. Anthony Oliver was twelve years old when he lost his father. It has always been in Anthony’s heart to honor.
