Richard Orgill, MD

Richard D. Orgill, MD, is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physician and a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He provides medical and surgical care for children and adults of all ages.

After serving a two-year volunteer mission in Chile, he earned his Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Dr. Orgill went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He carried these experiences into his medical career, where he is fluent in English and Spanish, optimizing the medical needs of our very diverse community.

He did his general surgery internship at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He then relocated to Madison, Wisconsin, to complete his head and neck surgery residency.

Dedicated to his profession, Dr. Orgill participates in research studies to improve patient care and has been published in notable peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Annals of Otology, Rhinology, & Laryngology and Archives of Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Orgill is a responsive ENT specialist who takes a patient-centered approach to care, working hard to understand patient concerns and creating plans to quickly and appropriately get them back to optimal health. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Orgill likes to mountain bike and actively participates in community volunteer activities. He is happily married with five children.

He specializes in diagnosing and treating allergies, acute and chronic sinusitis, tonsillitis, ear infections, obstructive sleep apnea, hoarseness and voice issues, hearing loss, dizziness, and tinnitus

The ENT specialist also manages sleep apnea in children and adults, using the Inspire® implant device to improve breathing and sleep, an innovative alternative to continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy.
