After cutting his teeth in London, Rob moved to Devon where he worked for several medium sized firms and went on to qualify as an independent financial adviser before returning to his family home on the Shropshire/Powys borders in 2014. He regularly deals with a number of tax jurisdictions from USA, Ireland and Romania and whilst in London worked extensively with partner offices in Rome and Barcelona. However, he is well placed to offer advice on a wide range of countries and has a special interest in Europe, where many of his clients own holiday property and also Dubai, where he is a regular visitor as he has family and clients there. He still visits Devon and Somerset on a regular basis to offer consultancy services to Welch & Co accountants in Taunton and to continue to service clients in the area Rob lives on a farm with his wife Jo and a menagerie of animals including numerous horses and dogs. To relax he enjoys watching good films, playing bad golf and eating and drinking the best that Shropshire and Powyshas to offer. He lost his hair at 18 and is keen to stress it had nothing to do with dealing with HMRC on a daily basis.
