My career interests focus on the ever expanding role of endoscopy in the treatment of complex gastrointestinal diseases. Many conditions which were previously treated with surgery and/or external drains are gaining endoscopic approaches, which can be less invasive and better tolerated. Through the advancement of this field I hope to expand ways we can help our patients battle and recover from often debilitating disease.
