Ronald Gemma, DO, is a board-certified family practice physician. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He then received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, where he also completed his internship.
Dr. Gemma and his wife have lived on the west side of Indianapolis since 1978, while raising their three children. During this time, he was a member of the Community Westview Hospital medical staff and served as chief of the medical staff. He also served on the hospital’s board of directors for 10 years.
Dr. Gemma’s philosophy of patient care is that, “Many of my patients have been with me for more than 30 years and I now see their children and grandchildren. I appreciate their trust and believe that all my patients should receive compassionate, attentive care. As their physician, it is important for me to be a true partner in their care for a lifetime of wellness.”
