Reetu Bachhawat, MD

Dr. Bachhawat received a bachelor of medicine bachelor of surgery (MBBS) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer, India. She completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Bronx VA Medical Center, New York. She has worked as a hospitalist since 2006, most recently in a private hospital in West Virginia. She also has participated in resident teaching and medical student teaching sessions.

Dr. Bachhawat spent time as a research assistant in the department of Immunology and Microbial Diseases at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY.

She is a member of American College of Physicians and Society of Hospital Medicine.
