Jihan Yvette Huggins, MD

Dr. Huggins is board certified in family medicine and cares for patients of all ages with an emphasis on preventive medicine. Her goal is to improve each patient's quality of life.

Dr. Jihan Huggins was raised in New Albany, Indiana where she was very involved in athletics and many other extracurricular activities. She attended Indiana University Bloomington for her undergraduate degree in biology with minors in chemistry, sociology and psychology. She went on to get a masters of medical science through IUPUI. She obtained her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Huggins is a graduate of the Community Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Huggins enjoys cooking, exercising and activities at her church. She loves spending time with her husband and four children, including a feisty oldest daughter, fearless fraternal twin boys, and her youngest blessing who has Down's Syndrome.
