Dr. Burch was born and raised in Loogootee, a town in southwest Indiana. After graduating from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, he attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. Following medical school, Dr. Burch felt it was important to return home to promote health and help fellow Hoosiers so he returned to Indiana for residency at Community Westview Hospital.
Dr. Burch enjoys seeing patients of all ages. As an osteopathic family physician, he likes both acute care and practicing preventive and evidence-based medicine.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and twin daughters. He also enjoys sports, especially racing, and listening to music.
