Shannon Marie Tighe, MD

Shannon Tighe, M.D. joined us in August 2009 after practicing in Shelbyville, Indiana. She is a native of Anderson, Indiana. Dr. Tighe received her bachelor of science degree in biology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children where she served as chief resident. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Tighe is accepting newborn through adolescent patients. Dr. Tighe offers complimentary prenatal visits and same-day sick visits. Dr. Tighe is married with two young daughters. She enjoys playing tennis, reading and gardening, and is a big fan of the Indianapolis Colts!
