Kim M Huckaby, NP

Kim is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with about ten years of experience in direct patient care. She received her bachelor’s degree in the science of nursing from Indiana University, Indianapolis and her master of science of nursing at Ball State University.

Kim’s special interests are in preventive medicine, nutrition, and management of chronic conditions. She is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Kim is married and has two daughters. She enjoys running, exercise, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
