Dr. Greg Polly grew up in Waynesville, Ohio. After a first career in teaching, he attended Ohio State University Medical School. He came to Community’s Family Medicine Residency for postgraduate training, excited by their patient-centered philosophy and innovative approach to medical education. While at the residency, he served as chief resident. He loved the medical culture of the Community network so much that he chose to settle in Indianapolis.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Polly looks forward to seeing patients of all ages for any of their health needs. He enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and helping them find the best path to good health. He particularly enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and asthma to keep them under good control.
Dr. Polly enjoys film, literature, travel, amusement parks and spending time with family.
