Carly Carvell, MD, received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University at IUPUI and her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed family medicine residency training at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. Dr. Carvell is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine.
Dr. Carvell is originally from London, England, but considers herself a transplanted Hoosier. She is married to Jeffrey Carvell, PhD (originally from Chicago). Their family lives in the Greenwood area and they enjoy being a part of the community. When Dr. Carvell is not taking care of her patients, she can often be found with a pair of Disney Minnie ears or riding a water slide at Freedom Springs. She enjoys Disney, the Cubs, travel, photography and cooking. Her husband’s Italian ancestry means they make their own pasta and gelato as a family.
