Samuel Glenn Shaver, MD

Dr. Samuel Shaver (Dr. Sam) was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree at Ball State University and completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Sam is a graduate of the Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency in Indianapolis. Dr. Sam served as chief informatics officer during his residency program and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sam enjoys technology, music, photography, travel and spending time with his wife and son. He is excited to be practicing medicine in his home town in the same practice as his father, Dr. Ken Shaver.
