Practicing law at large and midsized firms, I noticed a recurring theme—entrepreneurs and growing businesses are often priced out of the legal services market. Small and midsized companies have many of the same needs as large corporations, but the high (and increasing) fees business lawyers charge can dissuade business owners from getting the sophisticated legal counsel they need. I started Lauchner PLLC to address that problem. Throughout my career, I have represented businesses of every size—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—across many industries. I draw on that experience to now represent growing Texas businesses. As an experienced litigator, I handle business and commercial disputes at every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations through final trial on the merits. As an employment lawyer, I provide counsel to employers as they navigate a wide range of employment-related issues that face modern businesses. And as an entrepreneur myself, I guide clients through the legal issues that accompany growing a business—legal compliance, contracts, negotiations, and business scaling.
