In the earliest years, these goals were met using PBXs and Key systems encompassing analog, digital, and VoIP hardware, applications, and trunking. However, in 2015 we transitioned to something new in the form of a hosted PBX Platform. To our disappointment, less than 2 years after our upgrade, we found ourselves in a situation similar to the one facing our customers. The VoIP platform we had deployed was dated technology. After extensive research, we transitioned to Cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and began offering the Cleod9 Voice Solution product line.
