We have offices in Port Hadlock and Port Angeles, Washington, specializing in treating substance use disorders including opioid and alcohol use disorders with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or for opioid use disorder MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder). We are a team of experienced addiction medicine experts providing exceptional care for people affected by opioid and alcohol use disorders.

We prescribe Sublocade®, Suboxone®, Subutex® (during pregnancy), Vivitrol®, and naltrexone to help with opioid and alcohol use disorders. We also offer Narcan® (naloxone) and smoking cessation products for anyone needing them. Medication management for mental health diagnoses is offered on a case-by-case situation. HIV and hepatitis C screening and referrals to mental health agencies for complex psychiatric concerns are available.

We always have walk-in and same-day appointments available at each clinic. Appointments are also available through secure HIPAA-compliant telemedicine from a mobile unit visiting rural Southeast Jefferson County and through a chemical dependency agency, Believe In Recovery, located in Port Townsend Washington.
