Given that mental health disorders are REAL, can affect ANYONE irrespective of AGE; given that causes of mental disorders include trauma, genetics, chemical imbalances, loneliness, chronic medical conditions, substance misuse, idiopathic (unknown); given that mental health disorders can increase the risk of developing chronic diseases like hypertension and chronic diseases like diabetes can, in turn, increase the risk of developing mental health disorders, given the impact of mental health on social, economic, family life of patients, Sound Mind Holistic Services was founded to increase accessibility to a safe and compassionate mental healthcare. 

Sound Mind Holistic Services is a mental health private practice located created to increase awareness and accessibility to mental healthcare. A holistic and an integrative approach is used to care for patients across the lifespan (5 yrs -65+) in a safe, comfortable, relaxed setting either in person or virtually via telehealth. 

At Sound Mind Holistic Services, every client is considered unique and not defined by their symptoms, our focus is ensuring that the patient is HEARD, thereafter an in-depth assessment is done to form a diagnosis as well as the impact of mental health disorders and lastly, evidence-based treatment options are discussed. Such treatment options include medication management, psychotherapy, exercise and nutrition counseling, and other holistic solutions.
