Mr. Shelton has experience as a lead attorney handling all aspects of discovery and motion practice, up to and including trials in a variety of practice areas. Mr. Shelton obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon before serving as a sergeant in the U.S. Army. He served two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Shelton received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
