Seth Sullivan, MD

Board-certified physician Seth Sullivan, MD, welcomes adults to his concierge practice in New Canaan, Connecticut, where he provides person-centered care while building relationships with patients and promoting their health and vitality.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Sullivan gives patients a compassionate, trusted person to call when they have health care concerns. And as a concierge provider, he offers a membership-based practice. 

He bills a set fee each quarter, and in return for that fee, patients receive specific services, prompt appointments, electronic scheduling, and direct access to his cell phone number.

In addition to providing physicals and men’s health care, Dr. Sullivan specializes in nutrition, weight loss, and chronic disease management. Patients also appreciate the convenience of onsite labs and urgent care when they need prompt medical attention.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Dr. Sullivan completed his family medicine residency at the University of Missouri Health Care in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Sullivan is board certified in family medicine. He’s proud to be a Castle Connelly Top Doc 2022, with recognition in the Top Doctors New York Metro Area and New York Magazine. He’s also a recipient of the 2016 Vasculitis Foundation’s Recognizing Excellence in Diagnostics award (V-RED).
