As a counselor, I support couples and families to connect and communicate with one another in a more meaningful way and to accept each other where they are. My therapy expertise is in trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and depression. I believe when we are understood, feel accepted and supported; then we are more able to look into ourselves, work through our wounds and are more prepared to endure hardship and suffering.
