Braxton Medical Clinic, LLC delivers exceptional family and primary care services to pediatric and adult patients throughout Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the surrounding communities. Board-certified nurse practitioner George Tsibu, NP-C, started the practice on the premise that everyone deserves access to quality health care.

Born in Ghana in West Africa, George grew up in Antioch, Tennessee. With a passion for providing personalized health care to children and adults, he graduated from the Tennessee State University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee, with a bachelor’s degree before earning his master’s degree in nursing from the same school.

George is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and also a Data 2000 Waiver Practitioner and Buprenorphine Prescriber, certified by SAMHSA. George has served the community of Murfreesboro since 2014. He believes every patient deserves reliable, individualized health care.

George has years of experience in the field, including roles of Centralized Intake APP Manager and NP at Landmark Recovery in Franklin, Tennessee, NP at JourneyPure At The River in Murfreesboro, and NP at TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro.

George brings long-standing expertise to Braxton Medical Clinic, LLC, where he serves as Nurse Practitioner, Certified. Whether patients visit for weight loss support, a routine physical exam, or sexually transmitted disease (STD) screenings, George and his team offer complete urgent care and laboratory services onsite to provide comprehensive care.

As a holistic health care provider, George prioritizes each patient’s physical and mental health. He specializes in addiction medicine for patients struggling with opioid and alcohol substance use disorders, skilled in MAT (X-DEA waiver). The entire team strives to ensure their patients receive superior yet cost-effective care regardless of their economic background.
