She specializes in bringing balance back to the body by incorporating multiple methods such as: Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), Muscle Testing (Kinesiology), Muscular/Injury Rehabilitation, Lymphatic Drainage and Trigentics. With over 40 years experience, Robin also has extensive knowledge in fitness and nutrition. She holds certifications in Klose Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, ISSA Certified Personal Training, ISSA Nutritionist, NCI Nutritionist, Mindset Coach, Gut & Hormone Health and a Life Coach. Her passion to bring balance to the whole person all while seeing her clients remain or return to the lifestyles they love.
