I became a physical therapist to help individuals participate in activities that they love, return to daily function, and optimize their health and quality of life. I strive to provide comprehensive, quality, and individualized physical therapy. I am an advocate for my patients and treat every patient with respect and compassion to create meaningful changes. My specialty is in pelvic health. I love to treat a variety of pelvic health diagnoses, including urinary/fecal incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, constipation, pelvic pain, and more. I am passionate about prenatal and post-partum care as well. Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family. I also love to run, swim and bike.
