Kourtney Chapman, NP

Kourtney Chapman, DNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She completed her medical training at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, located in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Kourtney sees patients of all ages for a variety of injuries, illnesses, and conditions. She provides general adult and pediatric wellness exams, well woman exams, sports physicals, cold and flu treatment, vaccinations, and more. She also helps manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and COPD.

Kourtney believes in being an advocate for all patients. She likes having the ability to care for her patients through the course of their lives and to help them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Kourtney has spent much of her life in the Edwardsville, Illinois area and is happy to have the opportunity to continue living and working in the area. She enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family.
