My name is Will Flinchum and I am a mortgage loan originator for CrossCountry Mortgage. With 20+ years of lending experience, I’ve learned that there are no two lending scenarios that are the same.
As a mortgage loan originator, I feel there are two things that have set me apart from your average mortgage lender. One, is that I treat every client’s scenario, as if it were my own. My reputation is my lifeline, and I prioritize my client’s needs first and foremost. Two, is that I give my clients my most important asset, my time. I meet with every client either face to face or via video call to discuss their mortgage needs, educate them about their credit and the home buying process, and to be sure they’re setup for success when making their most important purchase of their life!
