This modern and luxurious facility boasts three beautiful buildings with 10 private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 4 transitional apartments equipped with everything needed to transition back to self-care. While we are located outside of the Hammond city limits we are only six miles from North Oaks Medical Center, one of the largest level 2 trauma hospitals in Louisiana. With just a short drive from both New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Hammond is the ideal location for a peaceful, small town setting with access to top medical care. Our Louisiana location serves clients from all over the United States.
