Our mission is to create nutritional independence for ALL. Upon completion of our EAT Program you will have acquired the tools, strategies, skills and knowledge necessary to optimize the health and well being of you and your family.

If you’ve tried all the diets under the sun and failed each time, we want you to know it’s not your fault. You are a victim of a toxic food environment. Getting better and working toward optimal health begins with the understanding that our food choices are largely predetermined.
