We are specialise in working with leaders and their teams to build organisational health, great leadership and high performing teams utilising the world's best methodology and tools.

After an international career overseeing rapid growth and transformation I decided to follow a passion for coaching and leadership development. I held both CEO and executive leadership roles in organisational development organisations before founding Workinteams in 2017.

I work in an inclusive and adaptive style with my clients, working closely with both leaders and teams to build trust and establish the practices that lead to better engagement, collaboration and accelerated performance. I work with organisations during their most critical times of transition and change providing facilitation, coaching, training and advice.

In the current challenging business environment I’m working particularly closely with leaders to help them to ensure that their teams are supported, engaged and productive whilst working remotely especially with teams around their resilience and wellbeing to perform effectively.

I choose to work in a way that is easy and good humoured manner and puts people at ease whilst encouraging teams to make the changes necessary to achieve a high performance culture.

My key specialisations include: Organisational Health, High Performance Teamwork, Strength Based Coaching, Team Leader Development, Coaching and Employee Engagement.

When I’m not helping leaders and teams engage and perform, I can often be found at the gym or yoga studio (I’m currently completing Yoga Teacher Training ), walking along the bay or spending time with my family.
