Hart Strong Enterprise

My name is Heather, CEO of Hart Strong Enterprise and founder of Triumph Over Trauma Coaching practice. After surviving a 10 year narcissistically abusive relationship, I found myself lost, broken, defeated, confused, and angry. Nothing seemed to fit or align with who I thought I was. Tired and desperate for peace in a co-parenting nightmare and realizing I was in new, yet equally frustrating cycles of abuse I began to go inward and educate myself on narcissistic abuse. I have developed and tested different methods to break free and move on! The experience was so life changing I decided to dedicate my work to helping others break the cycle, love and rebuild themselves.
