As a native of San Diego, and a Realtor since 2003, Marguerite is familiar with San Diego County’s many Neighborhoods and Communities. Marguerite works with Buyers, Sellers and Investors helping them buy and sell properties throughout San Diego County. Marguerite is experienced in managing a high volume of transactions. She is an accomplished Listing Agent achieving status as a Top 100 Agent in the San Diego Market. Combined with her background in Advertising, Marketing and Design, Marguerite is highly effective in helping Sellers to sell their homes quickly and efficiently for top dollar. Marguerite puts Buyers at ease as she coaches them through the purchasing process. Due to her understanding of current market conditions, Marguerite is able to utilize an out of the box approach to helping Buyers find the right property. Marguerite also has extensive experience working with Investors in the Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Selling of investment properties in San Diego, Sacramento, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterrey Counties. Marguerite is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of San Diego State University and holds a graduate certificate in Paralegal Studies for Real Estate and Environmental Law from the University of San Diego. When she is not working, Marguerite enjoys traveling and spending time in the back country of San Diego County, hiking, biking and horseback riding with her husband and children.
