About Myself
Matt is a 20-year Military Special Operations Veteran with a Master's in Business Administration from Liberty University. Matt's experience in VA loans, relocation, and the unique needs of a military family include having a child with special needs. Matt is well versed in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar contracts with CEOs, CFOs, and high-level military and government officials in his previous career. This results in the ability to maintain focus on the client's best interest in a stressful and high-risk negotiation process.

Our Team specializes in the highly sought after St Johns County to include the areas of St Augustine, Nocatee, and Ponte Vedra. These are all centrally located near the top schools in Florida, major highways, great shopping, and beautiful beaches.
