Tara Smith, NP

Tara Smith, N.P., is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received both her Bachelors and Masters of Science in nursing from Troy University. She obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gordon College. She specializes in pediatric neurology and general pediatric care. Her special interests are in the rehabilitation of the post-concussive, tics/Tourette’s Syndrome and various forms of headache patients. She is challenged in finding the right combination of treatments for the varying forms of epileptic child diseases. Tara Smith, N.P., enjoys time with her family of two kids, two dogs and her wonderful husband around the house, gardening or swimming.
