The community will open in phases, starting with 23 two-bedroom/two-bath independent living cottages with an attached 2-car garage. Also included in Phase 1 will be outdoor spaces, walking paths, and a clubhouse. Phase 2 will include 64 assisted living and 30 memory care apartments, as well as a fire pit, library, beauty salon, fitness center, and state-of-the-art care systems.
