Steven Brousell, MD

Steven Brousell, M.D., earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency in surgery and urology at Duke University. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Lehigh University and is board certified in urology. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Brousell was an attending urologist at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical center where his practice focused on robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic urologic surgeries. Dr. Brousell specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, BPH, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, anatomic abnormalities of the urinary tract, among many other urologic conditions. He has a special interest in minimally invasive urologic surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Brousell enjoys spending time with his Wife and newborn Son as well as family and friends. He enjoys activities that allow him to enjoy nature and the outdoors such as cycling, hiking, camping, and skiing. Dr. Brousell is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
