William Burns, OD

Raised in Marysville, Ohio, Dr. William Burns joined Columbus Ophthalmology Associates in 2020. After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, Dr. Burns completed a residency at the Chillicothe and Columbus Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. Dr. Burns is a clinical professor at The Ohio State University and is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Optometry. He provides comprehensive primary and medical eye care. He also participates in pre and post-operative management care. Dr. Burns fits contact lenses including specialty contacts, such as scleral contact lenses for keratoconus, corneal scars and dry eye disease. He has a certification for the management of myopia with contact lenses.
