I Brow & Beauty Studio est. 2019, a semi permanent makeup specialist studio and professional skin care clinic, located in Midtown East Manhattan. Julie is the manager and a certified Licensed Beauty Cosmetic specialist which specializes primarily in Eyebrow Microblading, Custom Facial Treatments, Powder Brows and full Lip Blush. She has been in the skincare clinic for over 15 years, and since then have acquired a New York certified beauty license and have a New York certification for permanent makeup. In addition she graduated and became an official PhiBrow Artist in the world renowned PhiBrow Academy.
