As a private practitioner in South Florida, Dr. Brown’s passion for the Integrative and Dermatological
aspects of Podiatric Medicine, coupled with her extensive surgical training has served a variety of
patients. Through her comprehensive training in the public sector, she is also a strong and effective
communicator to patients from all socio-economic backgrounds. She currently serves as the Chief
Medical Director of National Foot Centers, and Heart and Sole Podiatry Associates, as well as the
Podiatric Consultant for Cano Health Medical Centers, a multi-specialty multi-location community health
center in South Florida. In addition to her tremendous work in the Podiatric Arena, Dr. Brown also serves
as an Executive Board Member for Community Partners, a Bahamian–based non-profit organization
geared at bridging the socio-economic gap in access to quality healthcare and social services. As she is
fluent in Sign Language, Dr. Brown has also championed several outreach programs for the deaf and
hard-of- hearing communities in her native Bahamas.
