Psychotherapy Services:

Traditional individual therapy for adults, teens and kids. Modalities include: EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, Mindfulness.

Relationship therapy

Group therapy: Mindfulness/Yoga Womens Group, DBT group, Body Image Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy- Individual sessions and group sessions.
