We started Rave Renovations because of the need of our friends to have small remodeling projects done correctly and within a reasonable budget.

I formed Rave Renovations, LLC., put all the necessary insurance, etc. in place and started the business with the idea of over-delivering on expectations.

We’ve grown to a place I could not have predicted in just a few short years. Our staff is growing to keep up with demand, and we now have FIVE full time project managers. We carefully vet the PMs we employ to be excellent communicators, passionate about the business and to exceed the expectations of every customer.

Our goal is to communicate with you clearly every detail of the project so you will not be guessing or wondering, “How long will this take to finish?” Or, “Is this going to cost more money than the estimate?” Because of our thorough analysis at the beginning of a project, it limits most surprises and will give you peace of mind from beginning to end.
