Dr. Jessica Spiegelberg has been in practice in Lubbock, TX since 2012 and treats clients ranging from early adulthood to aging adults with a variety of mental health conditions such as Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress, Disordered Eating and Substance Use. Mental health can be a confusing and isolating experience making it difficult for many to seek help. We offer a thoughtful approach to treatment while using evidence-based care to support your health and wellbeing. Our approach uses a framework developed by psychiatrists at Johns Hopkins University.
