We are a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists providing exercise based treatment and capacity building programs to those living with physical and psychological conditions. We also have specifically designed programs to help clients with chronic conditions and disease improve their capacity to assist with achieving their goals and reducing reliance on support services. Our programs have been developed to promote best practice and continuous improvements with an emphasis on education and client empowerment.
