We are a local and family owned and operated business who have been operating in Canterbury for over 10 years. We offer exceptional building reports whether you are buying, selling or for general purposes. Our reports are very comprehensive yet easy to read and understand with pictures to help document any issues. We also offer Thermal Imaging Inspections either on their own or incorporated into your report. We comply with the NZ Building Inspection standards 4306:2005 and are accredited building inspectors through BOINZ. Our experienced inspector is a qualified Builder and Thermographer.
