Hello, I'm Sally and I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Brighton, East Sussex. I've been practicing Rapid Transformation Therapist (RTT) since 2017 however what you might not know is, I truly, deeply understand the pain you're in, and I want you to know, I've been there.

But through this effective work, I've transformed a number of things in my life such as menopause, anxiety, insomnia, disordered eating, relationship issues, money blocks and more.

With hundreds of clients in Brighton, Hove , Shoreham and other parts of Sussex and the South East, I've found that change occurs when we feel seen, understood and connected. And so that is my job. For every client I take on, I'm fully invested in connecting with you and seeing you deeply. I combine the skills I've honed over the years with my ability to be super empathic to bring you a powerful session in order to transform your life.
