I joined the mortgage industry in 2012, looking for a way to make ends meet while pursuing a master’s degree in social work. Instead, I found a new way to help people, challenging work, and a fulfilling career! I offer many years of operations experience plus my LMSW license – a unique combination that helps me creatively structure deals and have the patience to see them through. I helped The Carbon Team develop non-qualified mortgage products and am still closely involved in expanding our proprietary offering. I specialize in utilizing CCM’s Signature Series loan programs to help property investors close in an LLC, qualify without income, or qualify using alternative income. One reason I’m so dedicated to helping others secure their dream home is I’ve called so many places home. Growing up, I lived in Providence, Rhode Island; New Haven, Connecticut; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Baltimore, Maryland. I attended college in Israel, finished my undergraduate at Shor Yoshuv Institute in Lawrence, New York, then took my master's at LIU Brooklyn. I love to play board games and sports – especially swimming – with my five boys. My wife, Yaeli Vogel, is an internationally renowned artist.
