Take off any and all faucets that may be attached to the sink. For example: water hose attachment under the bowl or on top of it. Next put on some rubber gloves and then remove the clog. Do this by putting a plunger on it and pushing down while turning around in circles. If that doesn't work, try ice cubes instead of plunging. Put about 20 to 30 ice cubes in a bag and put it over the hole where water is leaking from; let sit for 3 minutes. If that doesn't work, try using an Allen wrench to remove the clog, if it is in the water hose attachment under the bowl. If this does not work, call a plumber. Next pour baking soda and vinegar over each side of the sinks drain hole, put some on top of this also. Let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. When it has finished sitting, take a rag or something similar and tie it over the drain hole, start running water through this hole and watch for the leak to be gone. If you are still seeing water coming from the drain, try plunging it again. The last step is pouring boiling hot water down the drain. This is an effective way to seal the leak. For a slow leak, first pour 1/4 cup of baking soda down the drain using a funnel then follow up with about 3 cups of vinegar. Wait one hour and then run boiling water down the drain. You can also use this method for a persistent clog instead of trying other methods that may or may not be effective. If you have a leaking sink, follow these steps to repair and turn off water supply to the sink remove any drain stoppers that are in place.
