Les Animaux

Les Animaux is a collection for people who reject conventional ideas and aesthetics, looking to present timeless pieces that are both sustainable but highly individual.
We produce our collection with the environment in mind. Every year brands produce and destroy millions of tons of new and unsold clothing, which is having a disastrous impact on the environment. In order to reduce opportunity for wastage and increase sustainability we make the vast majority of our collection to order and hand dye most of our garments in house using low impact dyes. This means we limit our stock, wastage and environmental impact and it gives us the unique opportunity to offer an extensive range of colours. Our collections are all made in the UK from organic fabrics with 80% of our collections made in our Margate studio with additional manufacturing support from a small family run factory in the Midlands. The entire collection is hand finished in our studio and we work with local artisans, including a ceramicist who hand makes all our porcelain buttons.
