Hannah J. Kadavy, MD

Hannah Kadavy, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-The Plaza. In her practice, she emphasizes women’s health, prenatal and obstetric care, and addiction medicine. Drawn to medicine “to support and improve peoples’ health and lives,” she enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Kadavy is a strong advocate for her patients’ health, working with them to make informed health decisions and to help reduce any barriers to receiving the care they need. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physiology from Oklahoma State University and a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. She completed her internship and residency with the Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency.
