Soft touch was created with a blessing. We may be new to the industry on an owner level but we have been in this industry for over 20 years and finally decided to step out in FAITH and start our own carpet cleaning business. We are not about the quick in quick out clean, we specialize in providing a real clean experience. That starts with a complete walk through of the flooring to be treated then followed by a home protection to avoid any damages to walls and furniture and then a good vacuum of each room to be cleaned followed by our eco friendly prespray and deep cleaning procedures followed by multiple dry strokes to maximize water extraction.
