Find homes based on their criteria, needs or wants. Set up appointments to view the home or walk in with them during the open houses.

Go over the offer(s) with homebuyers or simply find other home that they will love. Submit competitive offers to listing agents/home owners. If offer is accepted, I like to explain the residential purchase agreement before submitting. Then walking through and informing buyers what to expect until closings.
